Ability to merge users
Allow merge of user accounts to resolve issues such as users sending in a ticket before they log into the KACE portal.

I completely agree with this, we my company has had people move entities a few times. and now we have some with 2,3 even 4 entries

I agree. I work one many different educational databases and merge is a necessity. Now I have the same user in twice with different data in both accounts.

Please!! We need this! Has this been considered yet? I have users who will send in tickets from personal email when they can not access company email. I also have users who change locations, thus change their email domain name and that creates multiple user accounts.
