Custom view have the ability to use ticket "State"
Under the Custom View on the Service Desk Screen you can search on many different fields like submitter, ticket owner, ticket date, but you cannot search by ticket state to limit the view on if a ticket is in an Open, Closed, or Stalled state.
That would be a great addition.
Without this custom views are a challenge to create. I am finding more challenges since I want a custom view showing all tickets I am the owner of that are not complete, but that are also not in a couple of statuses (paused)...
My custom view is a complex crazy set of rules excluding the many statuses we have, and still doesn't work fully!

Today I hit a major issue with being unable to filter my view correctly due to the limitation linked to this.
I am surprised others are not experiencing this!
Agree, this is an important need, otherwise custom rules are too complex when having multiple queues and statuses.
