Now that we're using Teams I would love to use it to manage Service Desk communications.
I agree with the comments I have read so far. MS Teams is a newly approved application for our environment and would be a great feature to have some integration into the SMA for ticket creations/manipulations and potentially other features.

This would be awesome!
Having a app/bot that integrates with Teams would be really nice too. Something that allows staff to create tickets and get updates on their tickets in Teams.
