Offboard Backup Retention Settings

Offboard backup retention settings.

Currently the v9 offboard backup feature over SFTP is capable of deleting files, however there is no way to configure it to do so. It would be nice to not have to manage the offboard location files independently.

Yes, please add a "clean up" feature (this is still missing in v 10.1). Offboard backup transfer is great, but the whole point is that it's automatic and doesn't need to be managed. But if the older files aren't deleted, someone still has to manage it.

Yes... I don't want to enable this without a retention setting. Pretty annoying that we get a nag screen for a solution that will cause problems with a backup volume filling up over time.

I have mine set with a scheduled task that looks at how many files are in the folder, if more than 5 days worth it deletes the oldest. May be something to get you automated until Kace can add this feature in!

This would be great for all offboard backups as we back up to a file share that gets backed up so really only need one exported backup.
