Change the text at the top of the KACE Desktop Alert
I ran some tests with my users and some IT staff where I used the Desktop Alerts to notify them of the tests and asked them to contact me if it caused them confusion. Even though I had changed the Desktop Alert to have the company logo, the text at the top "KACE Desktop Alert" caused a few responses such as "what is KACE" or "I have received an alert and says KACE or something, what is that". Now my concern is that nobody noticed the company logo below it so I want to be able to modify the desktop alert window to say 'my company Desktop Alert'.
It seems that it can't be done at this time, which the internet chat and pages on IT Ninja seem to indicate, I would like to propose that it is added as a feature. The reason being that users are very wary of pop up windows and desktop alerts and if it is not clear what it is then I won't be able to utilise the alerts.

Is it then safe to copy your modified KUserAlert.exe to all endpoints?
It is possible to change the title of the window, with a little hacking.
Using the freeware Resource Hacker (google it), you need to open C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\KACE\KUserAlert.exe and then edit the following:
String table / 12 / 1033 / 187 . Editing the text between the "" changes the title window text for desktop alerts.
