In Version: 6.0.101863, Helpdesk Tickets Entry Form: Dropdown fields do not show they have focus to allow keyboard data entry, mouse action is required for data field entry. User/Helpdesk should be able to enter all information from the keyboard without having to use the mouse.
We’ve made a number of improvements to keyboard entry on the ticket form in the 6.4 release which should address these concerns.

Mouse navigation vs keyboard significantly slows the process down of updating tickets

Agreed, please bring back the ability to enter all info via keyboarding. This is one of the first complaints I received on upgrading to 6.0.

It would be nice to have this feature reinstated as using the mouse exclusively seems to be a little clunky at times and tabbing through would be easier.

This is something that really does bother me in the new version. It was something I used constantly before and made updating tickets really fast. I rarely used the mouse to do this. I would really appreciate this feature being put back.

Yeah I struggle looking through lists and the option to tab and type shortcut my way through my tickets was alway really helpful for me until it was no longer possible

Also, the ability to use the Keboard in the "View By" drop down menu is no longer available in versions 6.x.x - it would be great if this was put back.
