Allow HTML markup in custom rule email results
Please allow html markup in "Email each recipient in query results"
It's nice that we can use it in the other emails but not having it here doesn't allow a uniform look (brand)
This is under consideration but not planned for the next release, Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release.
Would also like to know if this is actually under consideration.

With 6.3 we have HTML formatting for SOME emails, but the option is not available for the outbound email under a Custom Ticket Rule. This really would help a lot since we use custom ticket rules to change tickets and email ticket owners when a ticket is updated.

I think it's very strange that there is no option for html mail in a ticket rules. It feels like the HTML mail feature is not implemented because we can't use it anywhere we want.

It would be very nice if we could add HTML tags to the text area. That way we could format some of the text in the comment area. I would love to add a <PRE> tag to keep our spacing intact.
