How can we improve the SMA (K1000)?

Asset Change History displayed for each Asset on their Details page

What we'd really like to see is a running list of changes made by my staff (not including agent reported data) to any of our custom defined fields for our assets, preferably located at the bottom of each asset's "details" page underneath the Service Desk Ticket and Related Asset information.

Say for instance I go into an asset several months down the road and change a “Physical Location” field of a PC from one office to another. I'd like to have these types of changes logged at the bottom of the asset page instead of included in the "Show All History" option that is cluttered with tons of information gathered by the KACE Agent. Currently, it's sort of a nightmare to go back and find out who changed a field's data due to all the gathered agent data.

At the very least, maybe include a way to sort the data in the "Show All History" popup so that I can more easily find changes made by my staff instead of having to scroll through a whole bunch of data that's been "reported by agent."

    This is a great idea, especially since we have several people that take care of our asset database as well. I would love to see who made the change, and what the change was from.
