How can we improve the SMA (K1000)?

Please enable Mark Down functionality so that we can create KB articles with html code.

I have created KB articles with html, using the mark down feature but when I attach the article to the ticket it comes through as the code and does not translate it.

    Unfortunately, "enable markdown" only works for the KB module. When you use the KB dropdown selection tool w/in a ticket, it breaks formatting and you get the 'jibberish' see in Tarena's screenshot. I've worked with Quest KACE technician, Sandra, for a week and she's determined that this is just a weakness in current iteration (ver. 8 included) and to create or locate and vote on a request. Here is my comment and vote for improvement on this.
    I second Tarena's request to make KACE capable of dropping formatted KB articles directly into tickets and have them viewable.

    I think you have to select the 'Enable Markdown' option when editing the script; this is at the top of the page, underneath the 'Platform' section.
