when looking at a list of devices in inventory, an option to select and reboot machines just like the option to force an inventory on machines.

Export SMA KB articles to .docx, .odt, .pdf etc.
Many of our IT procedures were documented in the Kace SMA as KB articles. Our compliance and audit team wants all documentation for all departments to be in a central repository such as a network share and NOT embedded in software like Kace, One Note, etc. Having the ability to export would save us hundreds of hours of copy and paste.

On the "Customize Fields and Layout" screen, add a column to the "Custom Fields" section that shows the Label that was assigned to the field
On the "Customize Fields and Layout" screen, add a column to the "Custom Fields" section that shows the Label that was assigned to the field in the section above identified as "Define Layout and Ticket Fields." When adding Custom Fields, one must constantly scroll up to the see the Label of the field that is being edited, i.e. look at CUSTOM1 to see its label then scroll back down to edit the attributes of CUSTOM1, i.e. Field Type, Default and Select Values. It's really easy to make a mistake and assign the wrong attributes to the wrong field…

Add PKG support without needing to zip the file
If a PKG file is associated with a Managed Installation, the page will report "This software will not be installed. In my tests, PKG files actually will attempt to install so this message is erroneous and confusing. However, the official recommendation is still to place PKG files in a ZIP file when using them for Managed Installs. If there is still some issue with uploading "bare" PKG files in use with Managed Installations, please resolve. Or, if there is actually not an issue with that (perhaps this only affected old mac OS versions?) then update the web ui messaging and…

More granular control of what a use is shown on computer information tab
Our users find the information on the computer tab too detailed. Would like to be able to just show the first table, not software, hardware. . ..

Ability to assign preferred networks for agent installation
This could be done by a simple weight rating for preferred subnets. The idea is to give a way to tell the KACE to try to use LAN connection before wireless connections.

Email All Service Desk Users or subset based on tags
Not everyone has an Exchange Server or GAL and it would be helpful if there was similar functionality built into Kbox. It would be very similar to the Alerts feature, but instead of "Deploy to All Machines" you would have the option to send to all users. Just like you can limit the broadcast to groups based on tags it would be nice to be able to limit the emails sent in the same way.

Show inventoried machines without selected software, process, startup item
When looking at software, process, startup, or other computer inventory details, often the important item is not what machine have the software, but what machines do not have the software. Whenever computers are listed, I would like the default to be to show machines with the item, but to to be able to click a tab to switch to showing machines in inventory without the item. An example where this would be useful would be switching to show machines without security software installed.

Display Queue name on Service Desk Email Notifications configuration page
When editing email templates, it would be extremely helpful to have the name of the Queue listed at the top of the page. When making updates to templates in multiple queues, it's easy to forget which one you are in (for example, if you get interrupted). When that happens, you have to cancel your changes to find the queue name and then start all over again.

Ignored IP Addresses be a set range in General Settings
Our environment (academic) has many different layers of networking. And since my KBOX reaides on a different subnet than the rest of my clients, I have to put fill out the Ignore Client IP Address Setting. But I have to do this for each computer's IP address (or AP) out there.
I propose we have a range of IPs we can submit to ignore
e.g. - 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.0/24

Daily assigned ticket summary
Add a feature that can be enabled within a ticket queue that will send a summary email to any ticket owner who currently has an open ticket (there may be other scenarios, but this would be the minimum). This should have a scheduling menu to select which days of the week and time to send the email (similar to scheduling a recurring meeting or scheduled task with other systems). The email should have a list of all non-closed tickets and their current status.

Don't list all computers in Software Detail
If the Software Detail page could give a total number of devices with that software installed like the Software Catalog does, that could help the pages load faster, especially when there are 6000 computers to display. There could even be a Show All button like on Managed Installs or Patch Schedules.

Ability to add devices into an exclusion setting. Maybe something similar to Ignore Client IP Address Setting.
Ability to add devices into an exclusion setting. Maybe something similar to Ignore Client IP Address Setting. If a device is in this exclusion, it is excluded from getting scripts, managed installs, and patching. Should be able to select what type to be excluded from.

Ability to prioritize a patch schedule without having to kill all tasks
We need the ability to reprioritize a task without having to kill 1000s of other tasks to run one task.

Ability to Patch Script without listing label or device.
When saving a Patch Script, you must specify a device label or device name. For testing purposes, there should be a way to save the Patch Script and then later add label or device.

Usage of Select Queries for Custom Asset Fields
The Idea is not new: It would be very useful if we can use Select queries in Asset Custom Fields like we can use it in Servicedesk.
I think it shouldn´t be a big deal to "copy" this function from Servicedesk in Asset-Management.
Please implement this function!

Script outout in a report/attachment
As an Linux administrator, I find kace as a very useful tool when I want to deploy scripts on multiple servers. However I find very difficult to get the output logs.
Please make a progress to get the script output in a file, that can be well utilized to get the command/script output report.1 vote -
ability to remove the pending reboot alert when redeploying patches
The change in 11.1 where the enduser gets a popup alert that they need to reboot their machines. This is a good feature but it should be optional. We support a healthcare company and they do not want any alerts during the day. We prestage patches and deploy during the day and reboot at night using a script. We just need to be able to disable this.

Better options for ALL scheduling
Everywhere there is scheduling functionality involving the agents, there needs to be an "agent timezone" option. This is currently available in Patch Schedules, but is absent in places like Scripts and Task Chains. This setting being absent causes a ton of extra, unnecessary work when we need to schedule something to run at a certain time of day according to the time zone of the endpoint.
