This submission is to vote for the addition of SMTP authentication to the K2000. Currently you can only supply the server name or IP with anonymous authentication. This would be helpful for users with email systems that require authentication - such as Office365 shops.

We have lots of software we deploy, ever user is different in the software he/she uses.
I have over sixty programs in the the Post-Installation window.

In the previous version, I was able to drag and drop software from the Post-Installation Tasks to anywhere on the left side. And it would drop it in the Run Post Installation Tasks.

Now I have to select the software and use the up arrow key to scroll up the page to drop the software in the Run Post-Installation window.

Please put back this feature.

At the moment, we can't use the K2000 to deploy to new Mac Mini or iMac hardware as their hardware isn't supported by the 10.9 boot environment.

It would be nice to have the ability to "hide" certain images or scripted installs from within the KBE environment. We have images that only get used once or twice a year and our list of images is almost 100 so if you could "hide" them from the list our technicians wouldn't be able to select the old images.

Rather than having the xml answer file plug in the number of reboots, look for an automated way of calculating the reboots or count them as the system reboots and update status to know how many are still needed. Sometimes, I come up one short or one more than needed. Argh!

The size limitations for the K2000 keep me from creating PO tasks for important app installs like the Adobe CS Suite. The package is much greater than the ~2GB limit. Would be great to have this relaxed to a much higher size

I was looking for client IP, once booted, but it only shows server K2000 IP address at the bottom.

Would it be possible to add that right next to the K2000 IP address in the future?

If possible, it might be a good idea to allow the RSA's to handle multicast requests also. Having machines join a session via the KBE would be a good way to implement this.

Supporting IGMP (instead of just PGM) would be nice also.

Add VNC (maybe as a checkbox option before deploying) to the Task Engine after image/scripted install is pushed for remote support during post-installation tasks in windows.

when downloading browsed files it would be good to download folders and subfolders rather than just files.

It would be nice to be able to run scripts (such as to configure BIOS, etc.) apart from a scripted install or image deployment. As it is we must have several deployments that have different combinations of scripts in the pre-install task area which makes things confusing and cluttered for our technicians when choosing which deployment option is appropriate. We have several image deployment options just for Windows 7 Ent. x64 alone; all of which take up space.

When building a PC we cant see where the issue is, It would be easier if we could see live text screen with the data being pushed to the PC, it would help locate errors during the build process/

We would like to be able to net boot a Mac from an RSA and capture the image to the K2000 box. Since it is not currently supported I have to take the computer to our datacenter so that it can be on the same subnet of the K2000 to capture the image. The image capture should work more like creating a netboot image where you can specify where to load the image to instead of the software assuming that the image has to be loaded to the same location that it was netbooted from.
