Link Aggregation / Nic Bonding / More Bandwidth
We would like the ability to add link aggregation to our k2000, with the size of images growing, and use of the system getting higher and higher we are slowly going to see bottlenecks that a single gigabit nic cannot keep up with. by allowing link aggregation we can speed up the uplink to the switch then speed up the uplink to the backplane on the switch that the imaging machines are plugged into.

I just posted this idea as well. Wish I saw this post first. Totally agree with this! Would also like to be able to use this for failover as well.

I too would like this feature in the next release. This would greatly increase our load times. When is the next release planned?

I also would like to utilize the multiple NICS on the appliance to allow images to be pushed through my network and image faster.

I'd second this; it might serve to alleviate some of the concerns regarding multicasting. I've got a K2000 VM in an ESXi 5 environment. All the back end stuff is at 10gigs but the K2000 at single gigabit is a huge bottleneck. I've gotten creative with my use of the RSA's, but it's just a band-aid. ~300 machines with a 90gb image (Adobe and Apple creative suites).
