Expert Assist Power Options
In the Menu, under Computer Management, is a Reboot option that allows for restarting EA and various options for restarting the computer (Normal, Emergency, Hard, and Scheduled).

Global Expert Assist repository/settings
There needs to be some sort of way to configure settings and resources for Expert Assist globally. It's nice that there is a way to change the color scheme/theme for interface, create new scripts, configure SMTP settings, and setup system monitoring but, currently, this has to be done on each and every individual computer.
If not a global repository, at least build out the Remote Management User Profile to include those settings and files. Then, when publishing the changed files, DA can sync those files and settings to the machines.

GPO Deploment Fix with Windows 10 Pro Client workstations. Currently unable to push out minor GPO Scripts on Windows 10 Pro Clients. It looks like with the new and updated versions of Windows 10 Pro we cannot push simple GPO through Desktop Authority. It looks like Microsoft changed the way some of these things are pushed out. A fix would be nice for Desktop Authority to push out even a simple wallpaper background or lock screen for Windows 10 Pro. My understanding is that it can be done inside Windows 10 Education or Enterprise, but NOT pro.

Improve Group Policy Template Handling
I like Desktop Authority but I find the handling of Group Policy Items to be frusterating.
My First issue is that its a slow responding part of the website. The time that it takes to click in and out of the policy templates, add new ADMX Files and other aspects to making configurations here is painstakingly slow. To the point I'm about to abandon using the GPO Section of DA.The second is the difficulty of finding a specific policy item. Often I'm not sure what ADMX file I need to add in order to apply a GPO setting and…

Dashboard or Central Area for SLTrace Errors Only
Would like the ability to have a single collection point of only errors from all SLTrace.html files from all clients in one section of the application. Being able to see just the errors from all systems in one location would greatly improve issue resolution times. it would also enable us to see if an admin made a misconfiguration more quickly. having this type of data in one searchable location would be so much more useful. it would allow us to be more proactive than reactive. Manage Internet Explorer Compatibility view sites
In the Web Browser configuration element, under Windows Internet Settings there are areas to enter URL's for Restricted Sites, Trusted Sites and Local Intranet Sites. I would like to also see below this Compatibility view sites. In IE 11, it breaks many if not most enterprise applications unless the URL is entered into compatibility mode. You click the gear icon, then click Compatibility View Settings and you can add websites in there. I would love to see DA have the ability to manage this on a global scale.

Enhance validation logic to allow 'and' and 'or'
Currently there is no easy way to mix "and's" and "ors", yet a typical validation logic for us is something like "if the computer is in room 1 or 2 or 3 and the file does not exist, then install"
If there was a way to nest the ands and or's or logically group them it would make life easier (currently we have to do either a rule for each room (i.e. if room1 and file does not exist, if room 2 and file does not exist, etc.) or we have to nest them (i.e. outer element is "if room…

SLTrace file data extraction and analysis (AKA:ChkSLTrace.hta)

If Dell could develop a similar small program to allow us to quickly find where a user has last logged in by analyzing the sltrace file as this small .hta script does, it would be a god send!
Make it compatible with Windows 7 and up (32&64bit).
I would simply continue to use the current hta file but I am having problems running it on a Windows 8.1 Enterprise computer. Not sure what I am missing as others seam to be able to use it. Extend Retention Period for database records beyond 360 days
We'd like to see retention period extended beyond 360-days. Current corporate policies dictate that data/reports be accisble for up to 5 years. As an internal policy we go beyond for 7 years.

Include reporting for USB Port Security of file deletions from USB devices.
USBPS currently only records read and write access. If a malicious user finds another users USB or decides to clean out their company provided USB we will have no record of that.

Validation logic to check whether app is installed
rather than having to do file existence/version checks, a simple test if an app is installed would be a great help

Manage Screensavers
Add a specific element (or enhance an existing one) to push out a screensaver, rather than having to create registry entries. For Windows 7 and up, it should also include the option for a file/folder path if the Picture Viewer screensaver is selected.

Android and other Mobile devices - Read only
We would like to see the ability to allow read-only on smart phone (android, ios, etc) devices. Our company policy is to block all external USB storage devices, however we still have the need to copy off images and videos that are too large for email from Phones and Camera's.

Full screen button support in Firefox.
Need to get the full screen button to work in Firefox. I've not had to the time to check all the keys in Firefox. But it works great otherwise.
IE has all the buttons working.
In Chrome 45, there is plans not to use NPAPI plugin; Java thing. Here's the link:

Prox Cards "On Connect" Timing with VDI
In a virtual desktop environment when utilizing Proximity cards with Imprivata I wish DA would add the Timing "On Connect". This is really handy for a follow me desktop scenario for mapping printers and other policies based on the changing end point name. Right now we are having to use a VMware GPO which points to a vbscript that maps printers based on the zero client name.

Better trace logging for Application Launch Elements (both User & Computer profiles)
Currently, I find it difficult to determine why a particular element did not run from the trace files. It would be so much easier if the elements were referred to by their Description, rather than just [3/13].

Exchange 2013 Support
I would like to see DA have the ability to connect Outlook profiles to an Exchange 2013 server. Currently it does not do that since Exchange 2013 creates a random GUID in front of @domainname for the server address. Plus Exchange 2013 requires Outlook Anywhere as they no longer support straight MAPI.
