MFA for Desktop Authority Expert Assist
I think it would be a great option for Desktop Authority's Expert Assist to be able to be configured with Multi-Factor Authentication. Whether it be using Cisco Duo, or Google Authenticator, or another authentication app. I think this would make Expert Assist a little more secure, and allow the protocols used to be upgraded to something newer. I think this would definitely help cut down on Malicious attacks that could be performed through Expert Assist if someone had gotten into the network. In order to help someone through expert assist, the user should have the option to approve the remote session and use cisco duo or another form of 2 factor authentication, to prove that it is them who is approving the connection and not a malicious actor.
