Hide agent tray icon
My customer wants to hide system tray icon, but it doesn't have that function. Can you make this function?

Hello - can you explain more about the value to the customer in wanting to hide the tray icon? Without this being available to end users, they would not be able to easily ask IT admins for elevated privileges directly from within the product (self-service elevations) among other things. I am unclear as to what their use case may be which I will need to understand before we consider making this available as a configurable option perhaps.
