    I´m running (as exactly every customer of KACE) in the same Issue. The Install-Files for a Managed Installation where the Execution is set to "at bootup" are downloaded on the next boot (check in of the client).

    This could be the home-office or any place. We really need the feature that the files are downloaded in advance and the installation gets executed when the download has been finished...!

    This is under consideration but not planned for the next release, Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release.

    As I could see in the other contributions this topic comes up regulary and several times. For example here: https://kace.uservoice.com/forums/82699-sma-k1000/suggestions/5392651-make-closed-tickets-read-only

    We need the possibility to lock tickets when they are finished and we need also a distinction between a "resolved" status (where tickets can be reopened) and a "closed" state where tickets cannot be reopened, remain read-only - also in the event of an e-mail reply or when an e-mail is sent with tags to change ticket-fields (e.g. @status) those changes must be rejected then...

    We also want to go through an approval stage in child-tickets
