There are many times that multiple people may need to work on one ticket at a time. It would be nice if there was the ability to assign multiple people to one ticket rather than having to create child tickets to alert the people that their assistance is needed on a ticket or having to change the owner in order to pass along the ticket.
The KACE Cloud MDM product added the ability to “Factory Reset” Mac (only) devices in August, 2019. We will continue to work towards this for Windows in 2020. KACE Cloud MDM is seamlessly integrated with KACE SMA.Jo Ellen Macko commented
This is a feature available in LanDesk and it would be great if KACE had it as well. We have used it a couple times through LanDesk when machines have been lost or stolen.Jo Ellen Macko supported this idea ·
