    When a helpdesk "user" creates a ticket and CC's someone on it. The person the is CC'd gets only ticket changes and comments, but never gets the "problem description. They also cannot login to kace and pull up the ticket either to get the description. -tony-

    Thank you for your suggestion. This has been added to the feature request list. We encourage others to vote as we use this input for prioritizing our release plans.

    This is very important for us... for example, if we need to check amount of memory on a PC and it shows 4gb, and we want to upgrade it to 8gb, we need to know how many slots the MB has and how much memory is in each one so we know what we need to purchase to add or replace what is there, etc... most inventory systems show us this such as OCS. This Kace doesn't show this, then we have to assume only 2 slots and that they are both filled which causes us more money to purchase total memory replacement. -Tony Davis
