The reason this banner is not suppressible is because the only supported backup/restore method is using the KACE internal backups. If you are using a third-party solution and don't have any issues, great. But if that solution fails, you will have lost all of your data if you haven't offboarded the KACE internal backups, and KACE Support cannot assist in any way with restoration using a third-party solution. This banner exists in perpetuity until offboarding is configured for the protection of your data.

The SMA has an SMTP server on it running at all times (anonymous port 25). You can relay mail to it directly, but any relay must have a valid MX record for sender verification. Typically, customers who do not want to use POP3 will, instead, configure an internal SMTP mail relay with transport rules designed to redirect mail sent to the public queue address back to the internal address on the SMA.
This is under consideration but not planned for the next release, Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release.

I suppose instead of titling this "Change Backup Behavior", I should have used "Add Full Backup Functionality".
We only use scripted installs, and we're only using 12% of disk space on the K2100.
I'm not suggesting you change the present behavior, but I'd like the option of performing a simple full backup.
Sorry, I underestimated. I now have 86 individual backup files.
