    I constantly have people who are saying "the computer I'm putting in this help ticket for is not in the list!" This is happening because they don't know to "uncheck" that box.

    I have modified this idea as there were two separate requests. The first was in reference to notifications not working at all on Android which is a support issue as notifications are supported on Android devices.
    The second request is for the ability to customize notification rules based on certain ticket criteria which we are reviewing. Thanks for the feedback!

    This is a great idea. We will need to first blend the software and managed install functions into the software catalog in order to do this. This is something that will take a while to implement, but certainly has our interest.
