    Also, the same "error" appears every patching cycle. Impossible to troubleshoot when not given any information, allowing critical patches to be left missing.

    This would be a critical feature. With a 3-4 year life span for hardware, there needs to be a way to upgrade builds of Windows 10 without a full re-image each time MS deploys a new build

    The KACE Cloud MDM product added the ability to “Factory Reset” Mac (only) devices in August, 2019. We will continue to work towards this for Windows in 2020. KACE Cloud MDM is seamlessly integrated with KACE SMA.
