    Hmmm. Apple doesn't have a field like that in their OS. I don't see anything in System Profiler (or System Information on Lion). You could pull it via a Custom Data Return, but it would not populate the "Description" column.

    CLients do spread out theri checkins over the period of the client checkin time. SO if you have 1000 angent and the task interval is 2 hours, each machine will checking at some point every two hours. given that it is available ont he network, etc. If a machine hasn't been seen for over two hours, it should check in fairly soon after it next connects. Thus mornings might be busy if a lot of machines were off or disconnected over night.
