    I agree. Everything should have an option for an alert. This would go a long way to make the box a better admin tool in the SMB market.

  2. Alert \ Notification Tool: Allow us to add in our company name\symbol to the alert header..

    branding is really important. The KBOX alerts look very much like spyware to regular users.
