"All devices" can currently be hidden from Patching, but would be good if it can be optionally hidden in any location it is exposed.

If you click the "Show all history" button at the top right of the KB, you'll know who created/edited/etc.

For those asking for more formatting options, this has been drastically improved in version 8.x and above. -

FYI: This can currently be accomplished with ticket rules (as a temporary workaround).

I could see value in giving a tech access to Boot Actions, and almost nothing else so they could load a list of MAC's.

This is due to the way Autodesk products typically operate. https://support.quest.com/kb/146088/unable-to-meter-autodesk-revit explains the issue. In some cases you may be able to meter a supporting feature such as a sync tool, workflow manager, or auto-updater. While not ideal, it may be a means to an end.
