"All devices" can currently be hidden from Patching, but would be good if it can be optionally hidden in any location it is exposed.

This has always been available- you can use the Resources feature (Settings>Resources) to import/export objects between orgs, or between appliances. https://support.quest.com/kb/116949

If you click the "Show all history" button at the top right of the KB, you'll know who created/edited/etc.

For those asking for more formatting options, this has been drastically improved in version 8.x and above.

FYI: This can currently be accomplished with ticket rules (as a temporary workaround).
KACE Professional Services Team can assist or provide examples if needed. Email remoteconfig@quest.com if you want to discuss a quote for this or other needs such as remote configuration, training, custom report building, consultation, and many other services.

This is under consideration but not planned for the next release. Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release

We need tickets to automatically create tickets on a schedule. This might be used for preventative maintenance, audit scheduling, repetitive work, etc.

I could see value in giving a tech access to Boot Actions, and almost nothing else so they could load a list of MAC's.

Over the coming releases, we will be revamping our targeting and scheduling pages. This a great example of where we will extend your ability to control what you are targeting and when it should be delivered.

An enhancement to this would be the ability to exclude a device label or specific devices from individual patches, MI's, scripts, etc.

Should be protected and configurable; could allow users and/or technicians to do tasks at the workstation such as kick off a patch job, check in for managed installs, log a ticket, kick off a script, access to library objects, agent indicator option, remove agent(password-protected), much more possibly.

Thank you. We will watch votes for this to judge interest so we may determine prioritization.
