    We're constantly struggling with issues because users keep changing SOME values on a process.

    We only want them to be able to change the Title and notes of a process parent ticket. Otherwise the parent ticket will get assigned to the wrong people, who may accidentally close the parent ticket which will close the child tickets, etc.
