    It would also be ideal to allow you to attach a PDF document to a response template in order to send out documented instruction steps that contain graphics. Users love step-by-step instructions that also contain pictures.

    I am not sure if this is the correct means of doing this, but I would like to also request this feature be included within the KACE software suite. It would be ideal if KACE’s Inventory/Service Desk could provide a means of centrally administering the system boot/bios configuration settings. At a minimum being able to read these settings would be useful, but it would be wonderful if you could use KACE to centrally deploy new settings that would take effect when the remote desktop net restarted.
