I agree. Being able to use AND and OR in the same rule with allow for better custom rules. I've had situations where this would've been very handy!

You can either use the info found at http://creativyst.com/Doc/Articles/HT/Dell/DellNumb.htm to create a script that will make this value accessible to KACE via a custom inventory rule, or you can use the calculator provided by Dell at http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/my_systems_info/express_service_code?c=us&cs=555&l=en&s=biz to convert the serial number found in KACE to express service code.

That would be a huge plus as well to be able to distinguish between x86 and x64 machines. Currently, we have to create 2 separate packages if our custom inventory rules look in, for example, "Program Files" (C:\Program Files (x86)\ on a x64 machines, but C:\Program Files\ on a x86 machine).

We package our installs in SFX .EXE files that run a script that then triggers the install. At the end of the script, we trigger an inventory on the client by calling runkbot -s 4 0. Works great, although we only do that for some installs as it would otherwise hammer the server if 500 PCs run an inventory at the same time during the nightly maintenance window.
