This is absolutely a must have. I've encountered a situation with the K1000 where I wanted to limit Service Desk email submissions to LDAP-authenticated users only. I even called and spoke with a KACE Support representative over several days about a method of doing this, but could only come up with either manually adding all the LDAP-authenticated users from my nightly query to a label—meaning all new users after that point would have to be added manually one at a time—or creating a smart label that would import LDAP-authenticated users, but that only worked if they logged into the user portal, which hardly anyone in my organization uses.

I should be able to automatically assign all Service Desk Users that get added nightly via LDAP queries to an "authorized service desk users" label so that we could then limit the service desk to accept their emails. Apparently this is not possible yet. It should be.

    Thanks.
