    It would be very helpful to be able to send calendar items to Outlook from K1000.

    We often have time-sensitive requests from the users we support; many are of the type Jerome Pierce described in his post of December 08, 2015 and that Shelly mentioned on February 05, 2014.

    Outlook's reminders/acknowledgements on our desktops and synchronized mobile devices help us maintain visibility of those requests. We currently have to manually create the calendar items. I would like to see a Kace facility within a ticket to "send calendar" item with options to send to the owner, submitter and/or logged in user. By "logged in user," I am thinking of when I as a manager see tickets in one of my team member's queues and I want to send myself a reminder regarding the ticket - so in that case I am neither owner or submitter, but I am the "logged in user" or the user logged into Kace at the time.

    This would make finding and acting on items much quicker. IMHO, anytime any thing is stored in Kbox, if that thing appears in a Kbox screen, it should be clickable.
