This would and could be accomplished if Kace was to update it so that the Asset side can pull ALL the information from the Device side... Then if you delete a Device out of the Device side, the info can be in the Asset side, and if the computer checks back into Kace it will link back up to the Asset as it creates a new Device in the inventory side...
Kace really needs to configure the Asset side (Especially for "Devices") to auto update & sync from the Device side to the Asset side...

This is actually possible already...
We contacted support and we figured out how to do it...I do not remember exactly where we got the "code" part of the link but this is what we have set as a URL in our tickets we get E-mailed to us when tickets come in the system
in the ticket in E-mail it shows this, with the "TICK:61027" clickable to URL similar to the above & it opens in the APP on Android & IOS

I just had a Dell patch Bios update schedule update about 130 Dell desktops, models 5080 & 5090, had about 20 devices get stuck at need Bitlocker password ugh!
Not sure why the rest worked without any issues.. but a feature within the patch schedule would be nice to suspend the Bitlocker for X reboots... etc..
For HP, I have my own process that does everything with powershell to suspend Bitlocker, then uses the HP powershell process to detect bios & install update/reboot etc...
I may have to figure a way to do this with Dell as well and just scrap the Dell patch schedules for bios updates...
