I would also like to see a way to customize the Number, have a revision number and history of changes as well as the author field. We have to manage all our documents due to compliance. This would greatly help keep things like this in one system. Also, it would be nice to know who opened up the knowledge article and when.

It would be nice to have an option to randomly add a survey or have a survey every X times a person opens a ticket. Too many and they just ignore them. None and you don't get feedback.

Great idea. That would make it much easier on the customer to open a ticket also.
