    Right now we bypass this with a rule and a custom status so we can actually get answers to the questions that are relevant to our help desk. It would be immensely better to have this data in Kace and we will only go that route if we could customize the questions. Please add this functionality!

    Any step or task that you have to repeat over and over should be fixed and this easily meets that criteria. Sharing custom views for an would remove a huge cognitive load for most organizations who are already struggling to not drop service requests.
