    We are excited to announce that version 12.0 of the KACE Systems Management Appliance (SMA) is almost ready for the Beta/Release Candidate program. This release will contain initial Nutanix support for the SMA. Although this is not the specific UserVoice feature you requested, you have made a request related to Nutanix in the past; so we want to invite you to check it out.     Our thoughts on this feature are evolving. The ability to construct a floor map, plot different objects (people, printers, fire extinguisher, etc) and have links back into the asset management module are all concepts we are starting to think through. This will be a longer term deliverable but please continue providing your feedback.

    This is under consideration but not planned for the next release. Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release

    I agree. Templates can somewhat be managed by using the 'workflow' configuration, but I've found that it's confusing for the users to have to select from 2 drop down menus when attempting to enter a service ticket. It would be nice to have a "ticket template" drop down provided INSIDE of the 'new ticket' menu that has admin defined presets and a 'none' option in case a user chooses to not use a template.
