We have needed this function as well when doing RAM upgrades on our fleet of desktops and laptops. In fact, just last week we could have used it instead of having to develop a script to go collect that info.

Just one more addition... I'd like the logo to also be displayed in the admin console. Sometimes I don't even know there are logo issues until a user reports them because I never use the user portal.
I have been struggling with this issue too. My logo looks horrible on the welcome screen but looks great on the user console screen. I can't find a happy medium with my logo colors unfortunately. Would really like to see this fixed. And in fact, I would like to have better customization options for the welcome page in general.
I think this would be a time saver. Right now, a user emails me a screen shot or a doc and I have to save it off to a temp directory then go back into Kace to attach the item.
There are a couple of ways to approach this – I think the current thinking would be to add a “type” to each script and allow users to define them and then use the View By function. Thoughts?

We have had the same issue, even after upgrading to 6.0.

We have to setup equipment for meetings all the time. Would be really nice to be able to create the ticket for setting up the meeting then having it actually land on a calendar so we can get reminders that we have to do this.
The other option might be to have Kace send out reminders of the tickets that have due dates/ times on them. Of course not sure if that would work for the OP.
