    Even if you created a WIM, there doesn't seem to be an option from within the K2000 to create a scripted install around it. In any case, simple block-level images are simpler.

    While this is currently possible by editing the pe_bootstrap.bat file in the K2000 Media Manager, it's a bit hacky. It would be nice to do this from within the GUI.

    It depends on how they want to roll this out. I think the win32 binary of dd works for this sort of thing; if it does, you can install Ubuntu on a dedicated imaging machine, create an image of it using dd then apply it using win32 dd from within the KBE.

    They'll almost definitely need some sort of a script to prep modules and the like post-imaging.
