    This is under consideration but not planned for the next release. Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release

    We put this request in to years ago to have the word "TICK" removed from ticket notifications and changed to something else. I see the even Quest now uses something other than "TICK" in their email notifications for tickets. Is it possible to change "TICK" to something like "Service Request"?

    Our CIO will not let us go live with a system that references a nasty bug in the subject line. We are unable to use Kace Service Desk unless we can edit "TICK" in the subject line.
