I would like to add another voice to the need to be able to especially import, but also export, helpdesk categories via CSV. LABORIOUS, TEDIOUS, PAIN IN THE BUTT all accurately describe the situation without a capability like this. Take, for example, a facilities queue for which there are countless buildings, floors, and rooms to list. For our small to medium sized company, that's in the hundreds of manual categories to define.
