    KACE has 5 levels of Software threat. I would like to see at least a way to import a listing that has known level 5 threat levels into the system.

    In 5.5, we have implemented new smart label capabilities in many screens. Smart Label improvements in Patching and Service desk will be targeted in 6.0

    I just wanted to add that if we create smart labels using the GUI and subsequently need to edit the smart label, we should not need to know SQL in order to edit our query. The workaround to create a new smart label with the updated changes using the GUI is not acceptable.
