This is under consideration but not planned for the next release, Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release.

I agree as well. I have many software products available to the customer and it would be great to have the portal more visually structured and organized. Possibly a tree structure.

I didn't realize how brief I made the title of this post. Maybe the Admin can retitle as "Change add/apply labels default behavior to not show all labels".

I too would really like to see this system tray feature with the ability to install software items. Management saw this ability in a competitor demo and are asking "why not in KACE?"

My sentiments exactly Jim W. If there can't be an role-based accommodation within the user portal, then there should be a role-based accommodation within the 'Run Now' section.

This is an even bigger issue for environments with Macs. Just for OS X version 10.10.5, I see eight different build numbers among my clients. Now imagine any versions of 10.10.x, 10.11.x, and 10.12.x. Weekly, I find myself discovering another build to be selected so my software packages will deploy. Help Desk will ask me why software package didn't deploy and it's because a new build number just turned up in the environment.

I have a handful of ORGs and I very much agree with you. It would be great to not have to repeatedly export/import and jump in and out of all my ORGs.

There are a couple of ways to approach this – I think the current thinking would be to add a “type” to each script and allow users to define them and then use the View By function. Thoughts?

We’re looking at this after we get more K1000 synchronization built into the K2000.

I completely agree with the folders idea. I have a bunch of SL items that can easily get missed by the users, unless I am using some naming schema my audience can understand.

Thank you for your input. Offering both 32 and 64 bit clients would double our Windows agent QA testing time and we are sensitive to the impact of extending test times as it impacts our ability to release full-featured updates at our desired pace. A surprisingly large amount of our customers still need 32bit support today. We are going to continue monitoring this closely to determine the best time to drop 32 bit support (of course older versions of the agent would still be available once we moved to 64 bit). In the meantime, it would be helpful to know specifically what difficulties a 32bit client is causing so we might consider work-arounds in parallel with the 64bit only decision.

Our thoughts on this feature are evolving. The ability to construct a floor map, plot different objects (people, printers, fire extinguisher, etc) and have links back into the asset management module are all concepts we are starting to think through. This will be a longer term deliverable but please continue providing your feedback.
