    Multiple other IT management systems with service desk functionality have had this feature for many years. Even Spiceworks a free system has this

  2. Make the Software Category field an editable field, currently the values are static and not editable

    If an app on the Microsoft Store for Business does not have the applications enabled to download the app for offline install, then the Store must install the app directly on the individual computer or use Microsoft InTune. This would require the KACE SMA customer to move to InTune. Quest KACE SMA needs the ability to connect to the Microsoft Store for Business and download the application to SMA

    Yes this would be helpful, also the ability to modify / add License Mode values
