Label awareness: software is installed when placed into a label - uninstalls when removed from label
359 votesThis is a great idea. We will need to first blend the software and managed install functions into the software catalog in order to do this. This is something that will take a while to implement, but certainly has our interest.

What I think we need is this to be added as a trigger in the email settings for ticket queues.
It may be possible to build it manually with SQL rules, but I have to imagine this is such a commonly needed feature that it should be featured in the "Email on Events" section in the queue email settings
