    Kace search only searches for the words that are in the KB article. There has to be a feature to add tags to the KB articles, so the users can search for the key terms and get KB articles based on those tags.

    I would also add that we should have the ability to reset the meta data like Rating/Votes/Views once an article has been updated. If we completely re-wrote the article and kept the same ID# because a lot of other articles are linked to it or people already have the link saved, we should be able to reset Ratings/Views/Votes to keep a better understanding whether we have improved the article after the re-write.
