    Location would be valuable information. I can't tell what ticket belongs to which location. Doesn't help when we have about 70 locations all with tickets.

    Same here. I have over 60 locations that our group travels to and pass by. It would nice to be able to view by location. This is one gripe our users hate about the app. Can't distinguish which ticket belongs to which location.
