Ways to unify the identity of machines on the K1000 and K2000 are on the roadmap, and some have been implemented in 3.3. Unclear if MAC address is reliable enough to assure identity, what with ARP issues and the like, but we’re looking at ways to make integrated appliances work better together.

It would be great to include some of these on the dashboard too.

I have modified this idea as there were two separate requests. The first was in reference to notifications not working at all on Android which is a support issue as notifications are supported on Android devices.
The second request is for the ability to customize notification rules based on certain ticket criteria which we are reviewing. Thanks for the feedback!Marc supported this idea ·

This is under consideration but not planned for the next release. Please continue voting if you’d like to see this feature prioritized for a future release.

The way I understand this feature request, and how I'd like to see it work, is that the K2000 would have a post installation task titled "Apply K1000 labels," which would give us a list of labels from the K1000, and we'd select which labels we want to apply. Would require tighter integration between K1 and K2, to sync labels on a schedule.
