    This is the exact type of access we need as well! I have been trying to find a work-around to make this happen. It would be nice if even the labels had the ability under 'user' to define the read/write/hide permissions. Then I could give a user write ability for a queue, but then be able to add a label for that same user to have 'read' permissions for all tickets in that same queue. Right now the only 'read' option is for 'read only administrators' role, but there is no way to lock it down to a particular queue, besides the fact that they have to login as an admin.

    This will not be in scope for the next release as other priorities push it down the list. We are investigating this as a potential roadmap item for a subsequent release. We encourage others to vote as your input greatly affects our prioritization during release planning.
