    Also allow the use of text box on the screen. Can do something basic using a custom field read only but is limited in text and uses a field which I might want to use in the future.

    I have the same issue. I would like to create a Jira ticket from KACE should it be required to be entered into our Scrum/KANBAN

    Any ideas?
