    Need to create monthly widgets for Service Desk tickets - overdue/time to close/per technician/per site etc - if we had these then my monthly reporting would be a breeze - need also the ability to report on time to close per priority on a monthly basis. So take any ticket closed within the month and be able to create a widget on the above items. HIGH PRIOIRITY TO GET IN KACE!!
